Dash & Vista Moble Device Manager
By default the Dash has and "advanced communication" setting checked to enable better syncing with ActiveSync, unfortunatly, this will not allow Windows Vista to properly laod it's Smartphone/Windows Mobile driver. Instead it laods a Network driver. ;-)
To turn off this 'feature' you need to open the Settings folder, Communications folder, and then go to the last option, USB to PC.
This is where you will find the advanced setting which need to be un-checked.
I hope this helps others out who want to get their TV and Outlook onto their new phone.
