Make a Story Board From Instagram Photos
"What app is it that I see people use with Instagram to make a collage/storyboard of more than one photo?" 
Well, that app, and a universal one at that, is called Diptic, available now in the iTunes store for $0.99 USD [affiliate link]. Kind of cool app that you can use to combine photos from Instagram into a collage as pictured above.
