Doodle Connects With iCal
"Mac users of the cloud-based scheduling service Doodle will be happy to learn that the company has released a beta of its iCal Connector software for Mac." This is a service that lets you send out meeting dates to clients, coworkers, friends etc, along with a poll on what date and time is going to best serve each of them. Once you have the results, you can schedule the date and time that best suites the most recipients. Tentative dates are displayed on Outlook or Google Calendar, and now can also be displayed in iCal. Once the date is decided all tentative dates go away. We use this where I work and it is pretty slick, and makes organizing a meeting between people with varying shifts and/or schedules a breeze. It's also free so that's a bonus.
