Gmail Updates Their iOS App
"When Google first released their native Gmail app for iOS, it was just a total mess: an HTML5 web app that not only had less innate functionality than loading up Gmail in Mobile Safari, but couldn't even do its one selling point - push notifications - right. Heck, it even gave error messages at boot. Iit was so bad Gmail pulled the app within hours of release."
Ah but no longer, as this version of the Gmail app apparently is a winner. You can now choose between multiple signatures and it even has an option for adding a picture or signature to your email via a built-in painting program. I haven't used it yet, but am downloading now to give it a try. Usually I just use the iPhone mail program for all of my Gmail since it's easiest but we shall see. What are your thoughts on this latest update?
