Default GPRS Settings for E100 T-Mobile (US)

I have setup and used GPRS before on a MS Dev Kit red e smartphone so I am not sure what I am missing.
I have gone to GPRS connections and created one called "T-Mobile GPRS". Access point set to "internet2.voicestream.com" User name and password are blank. DNS servers set to "216.155.175.170" and "216.155.175.171". IP Address is blank. Then I set Internet connection to automatic. When I use MSN Messenger it appear fine. But PIE and Inbox both seem to connect, but then time-out when transferring data. I dial-up connection works fine. Any Ideas. I purchased this from a microsoft employee over eBay. It boots as an Evaluation Ver. E100. But i think the phone is fine. Must be some setting/tweak I am missing.\
Thanks
James
