Default iCloud Appears to be Live

http://www.appletell.com/technology...veryone-to-see/

"It's the 12th of October. Today is definitely iOS 5 day. After iTunes 10.5 was released yesterday, another part of iOS 5 has just gone live: iCloud."

If you want to access via your iPad or iPhone (or iPod Touch for that matter I suppose), you will have to be running iOS 5. And with iCloud you get 5GB of free storage, with options to buy more. If you are a current MobileMe subscriber however you get 20GB free until June of 2012.
