Snapseed, Free from 09/20 to 09/23!

Very cool app, that was priced at $4.99 USD. For the next few days however you can get it for free as a promotion for the latest version. I played around a little with this on my iPad and it worked great. Very simple controls and it even lets you manipulate RAW images.
