Apple Moves Up 13 Spots on Largest Retail Chain List
"Among an industry list of the 100 largest U.S. retail chains, there were few changes at the top-except for Apple." Last year 57th place. This year? 34th with $9.82 billion in revenues, and Walmart still reigns supreme at number one with $418 billion. Yes, $418 billion in revenues. The top 20 companies don't change much according to Chain Store Age Magazine, the keeper of the list.
