The Amazon Tablet Cometh! (Maybe This Fall)

"According to the Wall Street Journal's sources, Amazon is planning to introduce a 9" tablet computer before October that will place it head-to-head against Apple's iPad."

More rumblings of the upcoming Amazon tablet, this time from the Wall Street Journal who have somewhat become the official way to leak new product information. This time the rumor puts a 9" Android powered tablet directly from Amazon landing sometime before October. I think this device could be a killer if it is not too locked down to Amazon's services... which it most likely will be. Only time will tell if this device will appeal to the masses (and the tech geeks).
