Default Did Dvorak Go Too Far?

http://www.mactech.com/2011/05/30/g...ter-tech-speaks

"Long known for foot-in-mouth statements, pundit John C. Dvorak has shown his utter contempt and envy for the Apple platform once again. In an article published by "PC Magazine" he actually roots for the recent Mac Defender trojan."

I'd say rooting for people to write more viruses, worms, etc for OS X so that Mac users can suffer right along with Windows users is going a bit far, and so does Greg in this current edition of Greg's Bite. He really takes Dvorak to task and doesn't pull any punches. Interesting read, and I'm wondering if Dvorak does this stuff just to generate controversy, because he couldn't really believe it would be a good thing could he? What are your thoughts?
