Or maybe it isn't. Some sample and report via survey, some sample and report by ad tracking, some seem to simply pull a number out of the air. Until there is a truly accurate reporting (for example, the providers reporting exactly how many devices of each type are on their network), let's just assume that both camps are having quite a bit of success and move on.</p>
