Group Sharing Service Posterous Releases App for Android

"Posterous has announced updates to its mobile apps, for both iOS and Android. The updated versions of the apps bring support for creating and managing Posterous Groups, which is an email list-like service that can be used either as a traditional email list, or as a group sharing service."

I was not familiar with Posterous.  It looks like a great new-school list server service.  While it does group emails it also makes it easy to share documents, photos, and more on a web site.  Posterous will automatically re-size photos, convert video, and embed documents to make sharing your information painless.  Since I do most of my email and messaging in Android these days if I was going to manage a communication tool like this it would be great to do so from an app.  Now that can be done!  Do you use Posterous?  If so, let us know what you think of the service and the app?
