MobileSync Pro - Sync, Share, Backup, and Protect

Most mobile phones have built-in synchronization for your contacts, email, calendar, etc.  But what happens if you want to change platforms.  How do you move your data if you want to ditch your iPhone to try out Windows Phone 7?
