Default Apple Scores High in E-Retail Satisfaction Index

http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-20026806-93.html

"Among the online businesses tracked in ForeSee's E-Retail Satisfaction Index (U.S. Holiday Edition), Amazon, Netflix, QVC.com, Avon.com, LLBean.com, Newegg.com, and Apple.com were highest in customer satisfaction, each scoring 82 or more. Some computer and electronics retailers and mass merchants saw lower scores from 2009, contributing to the 1 percent overall drop. But a dozen sites altogether took home scores of 80 or higher."

I've dealt with a few different online retailers this year, and my experiences with Apple.com, Amazon.com and Netflix.com have always been stellar, so this isn't really a surprise to me.  I was surprised with Newegg's score, but I haven't dealt with them at all this year.  Were you surprised by these numbers?  Do you agree or disagree with the ratings that some of these retailers got?
