Sometimes, You Just Need A Nudge
"Using NudgeMail is as easy as writing an email. Say you want to send yourself a reminder to pick up milk on the way home from work tomorrow – just email [email protected] with the subject “Tomorrow” and your note to yourself in the body (click here for an example). NudgeMail also lets you set reminders by forwarding emails you need to deal with later. Just forward your email to, let’s say, [email protected] to get it back at 5:30 that afternoon." While Remember The Milk comes to mind when you think of to-do lists and reminders, NudgeMail seems to be a really simple and easy way to handle reminders for yourself. It seems to work off of the age old standard of using email for its interface which may be a blessing or problem. While almost everything works with email these days, and I have not personally encountered any problems with my email services for years, I would not mind having access to other interfaces to manage my reminders. Of course, having a single interface does make it easier to use and maybe that is what will draw people to the service. Anyone think this might be the solution for them? Or has something like Remember The Milk, or a simple calendar do the trick for you?
