my Zune is frozen!
H-E-L-P!
My Zune has frozen ever since I had to re-install my zune on my hp laptop.
the unit won't get past the sync process when trying to get the unit & my laptop to recognize it again after trying to re-install the software - i tried to re-install the software 10 times and I'm ready to send this thing back to Microsoft.
Can i get some help in getting this thing to work.

I'm not sure if this will help, but what if you turn off the auto-synchronization and just have it connect? It's possible it's locking up on it due to something related to the sync process. You can turn off the auto sync by right-clicking the name of your Zune and going into the sync options...(I don't have the software in front of me so I can't say for sure). Tell me if that works...
