Default Windows Phone 7 Team Letting Their Hair Down

http://windowsteamblog.com/windows_...dows-phone.aspx

What do you do when you finish a major project? Celebrate of course, though having a parade wouldn't have been my first choice of things to do. The Windows Phone team have developed what amounts to a new mobile OS in less than two years, and the fruits of their labours will be unveiled for all the world to see in (probably) a month's time. It's probably back to work soon on all the stuff they left out (cut and paste, please!), but in the meantime...

Default Don't worry

No competitors were harmed in the making of this parade.

Typical in that they have no clue who their real enemy is (Android based phones)

Amazing that people who obviously hate MS and WP7 would even bother to post. I guess the only thing that MS could do that would meet your approval is if they replaced WP7 with android, right?

What IS IT that creates fanboys with such a hatred of anything not running their fav OS?

Just stating facts... sort of ironic that you're pretty much the only one here doing what you're stating

I do not see how stating that the real competitor for WM7 is Android and not Apple would tag people as fanboys; "Matre penser" would be more appropriate in my opinion......

Why's that? They're a group of people who have worked hard on a product, and now that it's shipping, they're celebrating. What's wrong with that? The fact that they held a mock funeral for their competition shows their competitive fire, which is great. I like seeing passion and commitment to success!

I swear that Microsoft could cure cancer and people would STILL criticize them for not doing it better, sooner, with a catchier product name, etc. It's just SO trendy to bash Microsoft.

Would have rather seen them dressed up in Halo gear blasting the competition, not a bunch of clowns in a pickup truck
