After your first install you could have saved the Install Lion app to use on all your machines. Or better yet, open it up and burn yourself a Lion install disk (there were directions for this on various Apple sites). The problem is, once you install Lion then the app gets erased and you have no choice but to download the full thing again.
I messed up and didn't save the installer before running it on my 1st machine, so it deleted itself. But after the 2nd download, I burned myself an install disk.
Between that and multiple Xcode releases (each weighing in around 4 GB), it was a banner month for my 250 GB Comcast data cap!
Oh and I think I bought the Apocalypse Now HD bundle from iTunes, which weighed in around 16 GB!
