Pretty cool 8) - a $300 Pocket PC for free (not even any shipping charges!) with CF.NET in ROM. It couldn't have happened at a better time - my e740 has become horribly unreliable (the battery keeps draining instantaneously).

Another update: I too have received confirmation from MS that my V37 is on order. I'm an MSDN Universal Sub who downloaded VS.NET from the MSDN site. (Of course I've also received notification that the scheduled shipped date of the V37 is 6/2/2003... I guess I shouldn't complain, since it is 100% FREE!)
