Cartoon Network threw a party at the Chelsea Museum in New York last night at which 500 attendees were left with specially branded Zunes containing preview content of new and returning &quot;Adult Swim&quot; shows that normally would have been shown at the upfront.&quot;</em></p><p><img alt="" src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/zt/2007/zune_cartoonnetwork_042707.jpg" /></p><p>What an interesting idea!&nbsp; At a recent party thrown for potential advertisers, Cartoon Network passed out free Zunes loaded with their content, as opposed to playing the shows as a presentation to the collective.&nbsp; Kudos to Cartoon Network for thinking outside the box and utilizing the Zune in such a creative way!</p>

Ooo, I like this for several reasons.

1) MS & CN working together? I can see the video content is going to be here soon.

2) The CN audience seems exactly like the market MS is after. I see a lot of synergy with these two working together.

3) I watch a lot of video on my Zune. The BEST thing to watch on these small screens is cartoons. I'd say 90% of my content is anime & other animated shows (Like Star Trek : The Animated Series). Animation doesn't lose as much when you format it for a tiny screen.

I'll have to try my Star Wars movies on my Zune before I make a final decision there
