Q9H won't connect to Opera Mini and problem with Live Search

Default Q9H won't connect to Opera Mini and problem with Live Search
I just replaced my Q with a new one. Live Search will connct to GPS. The program says cannot connect to GPS on port 0. What port does it need to be set on? I've tried all of them. Secondly, Opera Mini (multiple certificate version) appears to not want to connect to retreive a page.

Any suggestions?
