Is Zune Microsoft's Arch Deluxe?

Ah yes... those marketing miracles of the 90s; McDonald’s Arch Deluxe, Crystal Pepsi, Coke's OK Cola. Sure brings back memories, doesn't it? Maybe not. These are just a few examples of highly overpriced, massively disastrous attempts by huge corporations trying to by their way into new market segments. Could Microsoft's Zune be next in line? It could, says Paul Colligan, if Microsoft isn't careful. Colligan says there is still hope for Zune, if Microsoft takes the steps to answer the consumer's needs.
