Soon, everyone will be finishing the fight with Master Chief and the Arbiter. But while there are plenty of people eager to pretend that they're the Master Chief, there are plenty of young men and women serving the US Armed Forces who aren't playing a game. To help recognize them and to cater to their interest in Halo 3, Microsoft is releasing a special Halo 3 Zune, military edition. This brown Zune is identical to the black Halo 3 Zune. Well, other than being brown and only available on military bases. Microsoft already donated 300 of the devices to the USO for a special care package. This Zune will be available later this month and at a discounted price but the exact details weren't available. I think this is a very nice gesture for the men and women in our armed forces. I happen to think that they have the best looking Zune that's on the market! Of course it'll blend in with their camo fatigues so hopefully they don't wash them.
