I bought one today (black 32GB) primarily for the ability to buy inexpensive service when traveling overseas, since my current one is a royal pain (impossible) to jailbreak and unlock with a current iOS version. I bought a factory unlocked 3GS a few months ago that was more expensive, and the wifi is broken with ios 4.3.3, so this is a treat! Now I need to sell the 'old' iPhone 4 ... before my wife goes ape!
