Like Jason, I install Windows 7 (was using Boot Camp, but now using Parallels 5). But I have a long list of must install programs that include Accordance Bible, Logos for Mac, Growl, Nambu, Flip4Mac, Perian, Microsoft Office (currently 2011), Dropbox, Meteorologist, Evernote, UltraLingua Spanish/English, NetNewsWire, iWork and OmniOutliner Pro. These programs are my MUST haves on any new Mac.
