Hey Jason, I found not having macro mode wasn't much of an issue, at least on documents that were fairly simple. I did do a scan of a colored magazine page just to see how it would turn out and it also turned out pretty good ( I wasn't expecting much). With the adjustments in the program I was fine
DH, the processing was only a few seconds to get to the adjustment screen for brightness etc. When I was uploading to Evernote it didn't take long on 3G, on edge I tried one and it was quite a bit slower, took me over a minute . Good questions, I'll update the review ;-)
