Call T-Mobile's customer care 800-937-8997 and describe the case. They will then pass you over to the wireless data group. When I was speaking to one of them he found a memo and read part of it out loud. Perhaps there is more information available if you can get them to give it to you.

So far, no problem today. :mrgreen:
