Jason Dunn Executive Editor Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 29,160		Ok, reboot your PC then reboot your Zune. Don't connect the Zune yet. Start up the Zune desktop software - does it start up ok? Now connect your Zune - and tell me exactly what happens. Does the PC recognize the Zune ok? What does the Zune software say?
