Read this!!! Change daylight saving time
I say we split the difference, next time the time changes just fall back 1/2 hour and leave it alone, forget about it. Half an hour can't make that much of a difference to any season.

Works for me. What we are doing now is more trouble than it's worth, and not just because of the clock setting. As an example, I work east of home. Every spring I drive straight into the sun on the horizon for several weeks. Then the time changes, and I do it again for several weeks.
