Zune's Video Desired Format
I have been using Replay AV to download various podcasts. Replay AV will convert video files but I don't know which file format Zune wants. Seems like every file format I try it converts it before transferring it to my Zune.
Does anybody know the format settings Zune wants for video?

.wmv it has some restirctions on bitrate and stuff which it has to convert down.
