So, do you think he will get more kudos for his calmness, or more flack for stopping to take a few shots before running to see if the driver was OK?
Good question. The clip hasn't gone viral - only about 3K views on YouTube - so the opinionated horde hasn't descended yet. My take? The guy is a photographer, and him snapping pictures for 1-2 seconds before going to help isn't a big deal - 1-2 seconds is not live/die time for the driver. Well, unless the car exploded next...
