While the app will work on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad, you'll currently only be able to download shows for viewing on the iPhone. The app also controls your U-verse DVR, and those functions will work on the iPod Touch and iPad. You have to be a U-verse subscriber for the app to work, of course, and according to Bloomberg, only those with "higher-priced U-verse packages" will actually be able to view and download shows on the iPhone.</p><p> </p>
