I spent thirty one years in the telecommuncations field and my first thought when the iPhone 4 was introduced was, "If those antenna bands aren't insulated, there could be problems." So, thinking that, I ordered the iP4 on the 15th, the first day of availability. I wasn't worried about the external antennas because I knew before I even got the phone that I would put it in some kind of case. I ended up with a Frogz Slider. I have had absolutely no problems with it, the antennas, the proximity sensor, or anything else. Nor do I regret being a first day purchaser.

With iOS4 installed in my 3Gs I currently do not feel compelled to upgrade to iP4. Still Facetime, Retina Display, bigger RAM, faster processor and better camera do not fully convince me to get it as it does not noticeably improve what I do now wit my 3Gs. Unless I get an offer I cannot refuse to sell it. I rather spend the money in the next iPad iteration (currently own the 16Gb/WiFi model and very satisfied).

I buy everything new! :D

I'm waiting. iOS 4 on my 3GS is fine for now.
