Once he got the new one, his problems went away. This was the same story for several responding in the thread so I suppose, if you are having similar issues, this may be one way to fix it. But if this is truly the case, it should be an official return/exchange issue for those having the problem. I wouldn't go as far as a complete recall of every single one of the +2 million iPhone 4s sold (mine is working fine), but it's definitely worth looking into an exchange policy, especially if the reports of problem solved with an exchange are true.&nbsp;</p>

I doubt these stories are actually true. Whenever something like this happens, there's always a group of people who can convince themselves that doing A, B and C fixed it for them. More wishful thinking than reality.
