DONT BUY ANY WM DEVICE!! Microsoft does NOT support WM despite all the pretty slides and so called statements. Just try and use the new bing mobile site on your WM phone and realise it doesnt work on WM devices BUT works on iphones and ipod touch's. Same with the new Windows Live calendar mobile website. More than ever MS is showing thier contempt for WM users and purchasing a WM device now is beyond pointless. Buy an android phone or even an iphone, you can be sure Microsoft will support that!!

Personally I never understood the "magic" of Amazon: everything is way overpriced.
I rememeber once I was looking for a Zuzupet for my daughter and Amazon was selling them for $70, I bought it at ToysUrUs for $35 ................

I disagree. I typically shop around for any significant purchase I make and about 70-80% of the time, if Amazon is selling it themselves, then they have the best price. I typically save anywhere between 20-50% in addition to the free shipping offered.

That said, the exception is usually an item that, while listed on Amazon, is actually being sold to you by a 3rd party reseller (also referred to as a "marketplace" purchase)... either because it's a niche/rare item or because they've run out of stock and can only provide it through a 3rd party. In those cases, the prices are often not the best. BTW, the seller can be easily validated by looking underneath the price where it will say "Ships from and sold by <seller name>".
