As one of the commnetators said, <em>"Sometimes, we forget that normal humans are behind products of a company we might not like.. these are normal people trying their best to do a good job.. such articles sometimes help us to reduce our critical focus.."</em>. I couldn't have put it any better. One very telling quote from Myerson however suggests that the Windows Phone team will take about 5 years before they hit a level where they think they have the kind of product that they want and is fully competitive with everyone else - given all that's been omitted from WP7, that's not exactly news.
