Wal-Mart isn't on the pre-order list however, but you have plenty of options regardless of where you live in the U.S. to order your iPhone. I'm still undecided, I have Best Buy, AT&amp;T and an Apple Store all close to me. Where are you going to pre-order your iPhone 4?</p>

For me, Apple web site online pre order. They are the only ones I trust to actually get it shipped to me on the 24th, with no stock problems, as long as you order on the 15th. No lines for me :)

I'd like to pre-order via Apple's website. That worked great last year. My only concern is that I'm planning on using my wife's upgrade on my family plan, so will need AT&T to work some magic on the SIM card (reassign it to my line). Apparently this can be done over the phone or in person. I guess in either case, I would still prefer to order with Apple for home delivery and then either call or take it in person to an AT&T store at my convenience. My wife will be traveling at the time, so I need to be very careful to not deactivate her iPhone by activating a new iPhone 4 on her line. I might just have to wait 2 days for her to return before I risk messing with it. But that box with the shiny iPhone 4 in it, will be SOOO tempting! :D

Assuming you can pre-order on AT&T's web site, I'll do mine there. Otherwise since the AT&T store and local Best Buy are just across the street from each other near where I live, I'll just pop into either of those stores and do the pre-order.
