I just plugged in a new AZiO ADP-SU33 2.5/3.5 SATA to USB/eSAA Docking Station. Seems to work fine. Includes cables, power supply, drivers (Windows 7 recognized it; no need to use supplied CD).

You may have one or more old SATA drives hanging around that work fine but have been replaced by larger ones. This is a good way to use them for backups.
