I hadn't contacted Sling for support in a long time, so curiosity got the better of me and I searched my emails for the case number. Turns out that this case was over a year ago and I actually posted about the positive customer service experience here - <a href="http://forums.thoughtsmedia.com/f303/sling-media-makes-my-day-92985.html" target="_blank">Sling Media Makes My Day</a>. I'm sure this is probably a fluke, I'm betting they close old cases and the closing of cases causes the survey email to generate. Still, I thought it was funny, so wanted to share.</p>
