<p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/dht/auto/1272929356.usr10.jpg" style="border: 1px solid #d2d2bb;" /></p><p>I got the above email earlier today. &nbsp;I hadn't contacted Sling for support in a long time, so curiosity got the better of me and I searched my emails for the case number. &nbsp;Turns out that this case was over a year ago and I actually posted about the positive customer service experience here - <a href="http://forums.thoughtsmedia.com/f303/sling-media-makes-my-day-92985.html" target="_blank">Sling Media Makes My Day</a>. &nbsp;I'm sure this is probably a fluke, I'm betting they close old cases and the closing of cases causes the survey email to generate. &nbsp;Still, I thought it was funny, so wanted to share.</p>

A year later? Haha. Oh man...well, I guess better late than never indeed. :D
