SDHC card benchmarking

Hey all,

I'm looking for a database of benchmarked SDHC cards to compare my next SD card purchase with. I'll be using it in my DSLR so I'd like it to be decently fast and also affordable.

If there isn't such a database, can anyone recommend some good (possibly free?) benchmarking software please?

Rob Galbraith's site (http://www.robgalbraith.com/) has a CF and SD database that test write speeds in different cameras (so it's pretty representative of real-world performance) as well as read speeds from different card readers.

Great reference -- although card tests are linked to specific camera models, and it appears that the Camera can have a significant influence on write speed - ??

Not enough time at hand to do so, but it would be interesting to see whether the "published specs" of a card are trustworthy enough for a purchase decision (that is, do all of the highest manufacturer spec cards fall into the highest real-world results group?).
