I'd be frustrated too if I was a developer dealing with this type of inconsistency.</span></p>

Maybe this one could be solved by just changing to ContactPad (not caps). Apple couldn't be protective of the word pad, could they? Maybe they'll go the route of Monster and start sueing everyone, like the makers of mouse pads, certain feminine products, developers selling pad sites, etc.
