Security Update 2010-002 is included with the Mac OS X 10.6.3 update; Leopard users can download the update separately for client and server versions of Mac OS X 10.5."

The client update can be downloaded here, and the server update here. If you want to know all about the changes with Security Update 2010-002, you can check out the release notes from Apple here. Mainly the update "focuses on closing would-be vulnerabilities that could have subjected your Mac to remote attacks, malicious code, or applications quitting unexpectedly." Seems like a no-brainer update if you need the client or server editions for OS X 10.5, otherwise it is part of the update earlier in the week.
