I skinned mine to match the aluminum and glossy black look with a black glossy skin that covered the white top of it (with a cutout for the Apple logo). Turned out well

Heh, mine is sitting on a shelf. It doesn't much matter what the top looks like, all I see is the aluminum front and sides.
