This was filed last week in US District Court in the Eastern District of Texas due to the history of favorable outcomes on the side of the companies pursuing these types of lawsuits. They seem to have thrown a wide blanket trying to cover as many smartphones as possible since they also included Motorola Droid, Palm Pre, Nexus One and the Nokia N900.</p>
