Observations from many iPhone owners suggest the network is maintaining the high volume, in contrast to the previous experiences described as 'flaky at best.'"</em></p><p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/dht/auto/1263310440.usr105634.jpg" /></p><p>AT&amp;T accomplished <a href="http://forums.thoughtsmedia.com/f384/according-t-they-will-ready-swsw-97170.html" target="_blank">what they set out to do</a>, which is provide the needed coverage at SXSW, the festival held each year in Austin, TX. They hedged their bets with two COWS (cell-sites on wheels) as well as a new antenna at the Austin Convention Center and it appears it paid off as no one is reporting any major problems with the network, unlike last year. The festival runs through the 21st of this month.</p>
