The voice guidance is a feature you can turn on and the printer will guide you through step by step instructions in order to print or add graphics to your images, without having to rely on a manual. The screen is 3.5 inch wide and navigation through the menus is controlled via the scroll wheel. I personally see the voice guidance as a gimmick, but I can certainly see how it might help others, especially those who find the menu's on small screens difficult to read.
