"Everybody loves the drag and drop nature of OS X. Drag an app into your applications folder, and it's installed. You'd think it would be that easy to delete an app - just a matter of dragging it to the trash. But it's not."

Well now it got easier with the release of AppZapper 2.0.1, available now for $12.95 USD. Seems like a pretty handy program, just drag one or more apps onto AppZapper, it finds all the associated files and then you delete with one click. This does require OS X 10.6 or higher, but on their website you have the option of getting previous versions if you are still using older versions of OS X. There is also a write up about this release on the TUAW site.Â*

I've been using AppZapper for years, and the UI on the latest release is fantastic. Plus, it was, apparently, a free upgrade.
