http://spbsoftware.com/pocketpc-software/weather/

"SPB Weather is the most powerful mobile phone weather forecast program. It combines the detailed everyday forecasts for 10,000 cities worldwide from several weather sources with the beauty and friendliness of up-to-date satellite images on a 3D Globe."

Remember when Spb Weather switched to Gismeteo as its data source? It wasn't the most reliable of sources for a lot of users. But all that has changed in the v2.3 update released this week. Spb has switched to Weather.gov as the source for US cities, while Foreca is now the source for non-US cities. Meteonova has been added as an alternate source, and the application also packs a collection of improvements and performance optimizations. If you're a registered v2.x user, then v2.3 is a free update. Otherwise, head over to our affiliate software store to try or buy.

Now wondering if there's a way to change the Mobile Shell weather to do this as well. :)
