Woo-hooo! 20-ish minutes from my house, instead of an hour or so to Salem!! I'll probably stop by Saturday morning at some point.

As for "recently rumored", the mall had a sign on barriers over the space saying that the Apple Store was coming back in early September (it may have been sooner; that was the first time that I saw it.)
