If you don't fully quit Safari or go to a different webpage it will keep running in the background. I find myself doing this often, open up a page and when done I hit the home button to get back to the main screen. Doing so if I go to one of these sites will keep the data going. Not a problem since I have unlimited but I can see where it could be for someone in a different country. Roamer beware!</p>
